Facilities

MesoScribe Technologies’ Corporate Offices and East Coast Research and Development Facility are located in St. James, NY, and its West Coast Development and Manufacturing Center is in Huntington Beach, CA.  Products and custom devices can be fabricated at both facilities using MesoScribe’s R&D100 award-winning Direct Write process. MesoScribe is outfitted to design, fabricate, test, and analyze complex sensor devices and novel materials.  Facilities agreements with Stony Brook University allow us access to powerful analysis and characterization equipment, including scanning electron microscopes (SEM), x-ray diffractometers (XRD), particle size analyzers, and a complete electronics characterization laboratory.

Wing CFDDesign

MesoScribe uses advanced software packages for design, engineering, and manufacturing; including solid modeling, finite element analysis, computational fluid dynamics, detailed sensor layout and design, antenna design, and robot control.

Roll to roll fabricationFabrication

MesoScribe has conformal Direct Write fabrication capabilities at both the East and West Coast locations, used primarily in sensor development projects, as well as in production quantity manufacturing.  Specialized rapid prototyping equipment is also available in-house for select additive-subtractive manufacturing procedures where ultra-fine pattern features are required.

Process OptimizationProcessing Optimization

Device performance is governed by the deposits’ properties, which are strongly correlated to the quality of their microstructures.  Employing advanced in-situ diagnostics (AccuraSpray), the Direct Write process can be optimized in real-time to tailor the deposit characteristics (density, porosity, composition, etc.) and corresponding device properties.

TestingTesting and Analysis

A variety of sophisticated materials and sensor characterization facilities exist on-site for thermal, structural, and electrical testing, as well as post-mortem analysis of sensor structures and subsystems.  MesoScribe is continually expanding its testing facilities to simulate relevant operational environments and advance product technology readiness levels.
