Management Team
MesoScribe’s management team are experienced leaders in industrial processing, sensor development and manufacturing, and business management.

Jeffrey Brogan, Ph.D.
Chief Executive Officer
Dr. Brogan is the CEO of MesoScribe Technologies and serves on the Board of Directors. Dr. Brogan oversees the operations, finances, and business development activities for the Company. Dr. Brogan has been involved in sensor application development for the past fifteen years. Prior to joining MesoScribe, Brogan was the President of Poly Therm Corp. and transitioned new technology to the Air Force for use on MH-53 Helicopters.

Richard J. Gambino
Chief Technology Officer
Mr. Gambino is the CTO and Chairman of the Board of MesoScribe Technologies, and Professor Emeritus of Materials Science at the State University of New York at Stony Brook. Gambino brings 32 years of sensor materials design and processing experience to the team. He received the 1995 National Medal of Technology from President Bill Clinton, and was elected to the National Academy of Engineering in 2004.

Robert Greenlaw
Vice President of Engineering and Quality Manager
Mr. Greenlaw is the Vice-President of Engineering and Quality Manager of MesoScribe Technologies, serves on the Board of Directors, and directs the Company’s manufacturing. Mr. Greenlaw oversees MesoScribe’s West Coast Office, and has over 20 years experience in the thermal spray industry and high-tech turbine coating shops, where process repeatability and quality evaluations are standard practice.

Jon P. Longtin, Ph.D.
Senior Technical Advisor
Dr. Longtin is a Technical Advisor to Mesoscribe Technologies, serves on the Board of Directors, and is an Associate Professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at Stony Brook University. He specializes in thermal sciences, and is currently conducting research on using ultra-fast lasers for high-precision materials processing, and developing sensors for high temperature and high Mach environments.

Sanjay Sampath, Ph.D.
Senior Technical Advisor
Dr. Sampath is a Technical Advisor to MesoScribe, serves on the Board of Directors, and is a Professor of Materials Science and Engineering at the State University of New York at Stony Brook. He was PI on the DARPA Mesoscopic Integrated Conformal Electronics (MICE) program, which led to founding MesoScribe Technologies to commercialize the resulting Direct Write process and sensor prototypes.
