Direct Write Fabrication
MesoScribe’s highly versatile Direct Write (DW) process enables “digital printing” of conductors, dielectrics, and polymer blends directly onto component surfaces to produce functional fine feature devices at minimal cost to the consumer. Applicable substrates range from low temperature polymer sheets, to composite laminates, to nickel-based turbine alloys. Process automation and advanced control software ensure high-precision fabrication and high throughput, cost-effective manufacturing. MesoScribe’s Direct Write process offers particular advantages for harsh environment structural sensing and electronics fabrication.
MesoScribe’s fabrication facilities are AS9003 compliant, and used for both volume manufacturing and R&D prototypes. Mesoplasma™ Direct Write automation achieves 20µm tool path precision.
